how did i get here?

When I was 21, I packed my bag and moved to India. I ended up staying in Asia for 6 years.

While exploring cultures, Eastern philosophies, and alternative healing modalities, I worked for the #1 transformational education platform in the world, Mindvalley. I wrote about biohacking science one week and alternative medicine the next.

I became a certified sound healer, I studied coaching, and I learned from some of the biggest personal growth authors in the world. I interviewed some of them and ghostwritten for others.

It was a fascinating journey of simultaneously learning about my own mind and body — while educating others on the essential knowledge schools didn’t teach them to help navigate their own.

After I returned to Europe, I needed what I learned more than ever.

I struggled with multiple chronic health conditions for years that traditional medicine didn’t have treatments for. So did some of my loved ones. This led me down a path of intense research about women’s health and the intersection of physical and mental healing.

As a writer, I developed an ethos I wholeheartedly believe in to this day.

That healing can only be complete if we respect science and ancient wisdom equally.

That we need to integrate medical and alternative healing modalities, and take psychosomatic symptoms as seriously as the ones we can currently measure.

That health and wellness should always be about people over profit.

And that everyone equally deserves to be educated about their own minds and bodies, including women and minorities.

I treat every piece of writing as a research project because I know how much harm misinformation can cause.

Advocating for brands dedicated to bettering lives doesn’t just take a marketing degree but becoming a subject matter expert, and I wouldn’t expect anything less from myself.

I had the chance to work with some of the leading brands and experts in personal development, health + wellness, and coaching who put their trust in me to spread their messages.

I worked on million-dollar campaigns, ghostwritten for a New York Times bestselling author, and wrote some of the articles that you’ll find as the #1 Google search result today — all within these industries.

So what’s next for me?

I’m always on the lookout for new brands to work with. I typically have one opening for a new client each month, though sometimes that fills up quickly.

If you’re interested in working with me, write me an email, and tell me about your project.

I would love to hear from you.
